Welcome to the International Patient Service
(IPS) of the Taiwan Spine Center.
The IPS is a special service of our house renders
to foreign patients, who want to receive treatment
in the Taiwan Spine Center. It is our task to
do anything that, on the one hand, you will
receive the best possible medical treatment
and, on the other hand, to enable you and your
accompanying relatives a pleasant stay in our
hospital for the benefit of your health.
For this purpose, we have developed a procedure
for admission and care, which is specially tailored
to our foreign patients and which enables us,
at your wish, to organize and coordinate your
complete in-patient stay from beginning to end.
Among other things, it is a matter of course
for us to personally care for you during your
entire stay in Taichung City on your request.
Our extensive service offer for our patients
includes for example:
- Airport pickup (shuttle service)
- Hotel reservation - all categories
- Processing and settlement of all formalities
- Language assistance
- Personal and multilingual escort during
the entire stay
During your in-patient stay we endeavor to
offer you the best possible comfort in your
patient room, for example a telephone, TV, radio,
internet access, video recorder, refrigerator,
safe, etc.
