Duties: |
-Ensure direct patient care delivery systems are achieved
by the clinic operations, x-ray, scheduling and nurse clinicians.
-Recruit, develop, provide performance managment for
the staff in nursing, x-ray and scheduling departments.
(approx. 16 staff members)
-Evaluate, develop, revise and implement educational
materials as necessary.
-Function as external customer liaison, resolve patient
complaints, address concerns directed towards patient
care. |

Requirements: |
-Current MN RN licensure
-BSN preferred
-Minimum of five years experience in outpatient/ambulatory
care (orthopedic/spine or Med/surgical) -Three years staff
management experience preferred.
-Demonstrated effective use of oral and written communications.
-Demonstrated problem solving skills, excellent judgment.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
-Demonstrated computer skills, ability to use personal
computer.
